This policy explains what information ScholarJobs Hub collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to everything on this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply. We keep these messages only as long as we need them.

Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our server records standard technical details when a page is requested: IP address, browser type, the page visited, and the time. We use this to keep the site secure, to block abuse, and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your bank details, card numbers, passport details or any payment information.

Almost every opportunity we publish links to an official page run by someone else - a university, employer or funding body. Once you follow that link you are on their website, covered by their privacy policy, not ours. Please read it before giving them personal information.

Children

This site is aimed at students, graduates and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to scholarjobshub@outlook.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date below. Significant changes will be made obvious.
