Job Description
Eventhive is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Event Operations Associate to help plan and manage its conferences, exhibitions, forums, and networking events.
The successful candidate will support event planning, venue coordination, vendor management, speaker arrangements, logistics, and on-site operations. The role also involves ensuring that all event activities run smoothly before, during, and after each event.
Applicants should be proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning and Execution
- Support the planning and delivery of Eventhive's events.
- Maintain event checklists, timelines, schedules, and operational records.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist with venue selection, inspections, floor plans, seating arrangements, and exhibition layouts.
- Coordinate event materials, branding, signage, badges, and merchandise.
- Help organise conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, and roundtable discussions.
2. Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
- Coordinate speaker arrivals, presentations, session requirements, and event-day arrangements.
- Support sponsor and exhibitor setup.
- Ensure sponsors receive the benefits and services agreed upon.
- Work with the sponsorship and content teams to meet partners' requirements.
3. On-Site Event Operations
- Support attendee registration and management.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors during event setup and breakdown.
- Monitor event schedules, signage, branding, and technical requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for the Event Operations Associate job at Eventhive, applicants should meet the following requirements:
