Job Description

Eventhive is looking for a motivated Sponsorship Sales Executive to increase sponsorship and partnership revenue across its events.

The successful candidate will identify potential sponsors, build relationships with businesses, present sponsorship opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.

This role is suitable for candidates with B2B sales experience who can communicate with business leaders and convince companies to invest in sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential sponsors, exhibitors, and business partners.
  • Research companies that may be interested in Eventhive's events.
  • Build and maintain a list of potential clients.
  • Contact prospects through phone calls, emails, Linkedin, and other channels.
  • Build relationships with marketing teams, business development managers, and senior executives.

2. Sales and Business Development:

  • Present sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership opportunities to potential clients.
  • Understand clients' business goals and recommend suitable event packages.
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals with relevant teams.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations.
  • Negotiate deals and follow up with potential clients.
  • Convert leads into paying sponsors and partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.

3. Account Management:

  • Maintain good relationships with existing sponsors.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional sales.
  • Ensure clients' expectations are communicated clearly to internal teams.
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to deliver agreed sponsorship benefits.

4. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management:

  • Keep accurate records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and completed sales.

  • Research competitors and market trends.

5. Event and Industry Engagement:

  • Attend company events and industry meetings to meet potential clients.

  • Identify businesses expanding into new markets or launching new products.
  • Find companies that may benefit from Eventhive's conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
